Dr. Jaydip Porel is a consultant gynecologic of Kolkata who has created a niche for himself by dint of sincerity, expertise and application of latest medical technology.

After Studying MBBS from Medical Collage, Calcutta, he has taken postgraduate training in Gynecology and Obstetrics in prestigious Eden Hospital, Calcutta and has done DGO from University Calcutta. He went England for advanced training in High Risk Pregnancy, Infertility and Laparoscopic surgery and has worked in centers of excellence hospitals. He has worked as a Research fellow in Laparoscopic Surgery in Royal Free Hospital in London. He passed prestigious Membership examination of Royal Collage of Obstetricians and Gynecologists’ in 2001 and also obtained Fellowship of the same collage in 2014.

Dr. Jaydip Porel works in a few private hospitals in Kolkata and also spends some time working in a charitable hospital to popularize laparoscopic surgery and fertility treatment among weaker section of community. His areas of interest includes High risk pregnancy, Gynae laparoscopic surgery, Infertility and IVF. He has conducted over 5000 caesarian section and normal deliveries, performed more than 4000 conventional gynaecological surgeries and over 4000 laparoscopic surgeries with utmost patient safety and highest level of skill.

Dr. Jaydip Porel has set up Kolkata Women’s Clinic, a highly specialized gynecology clinic where consultation, antenatal check up, laparoscopic surgery and advanced infertility treatment are done under one roof with latest medical knowledge, skill, cutting edge technology and personalized care.
